Ana Dominguez is the Executive Director and General Manager of SC Johnson Canada. She serves as the company’s representative on the Food and Consumer Products of Canada and Canadian Chemical Specialty Products Association industry boards, the Board of Advisors for Catalyst Canada and the Board for the Ian O. Ihnatowycz Institute for Leadership at the Ivey School of Business.
SC Johnson is driven by a common goal: ensuring the world we leave is a better place for the next generation. Ana embodies this vision and has led the Canadian facility in increasing its volunteer commitment to the community, driving its corporate giving program and meeting global sustainability objectives.
As a result of her leadership, Ana was selected to be a judge in the 2012 Wal-Mart Green Student Challenge. In addition, she sits on the Board of Directors for Long Point Waterfowl, an organization committed to waterfowl and wetland research, education and conservation in the Great Lakes region.
Ana joined SC Johnson in 1997 as Brand Manager in the Colombia office. Since that time she has held a variety of management positions around the SC Johnson world in Colombia, Racine, Venezuela and Brazil. Most recently, Ana was General Manager – Puerto Rico & Caribbean.
Ana received a master of business administration from Schiller International University in France, and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the Universidad de los Andes, Colombia. She and her husband, Alvaro and their two sons currently reside in Oakville, Ontario, Canada.
